Your body has a history.
Your program should too.
Individualized strength and conditioning coaching for adults across Alberta who are done with programs that ignore their injuries, their schedule and their reality.

12 Weeks, Measured
Screened at week zero, retested at week twelve. You see the change
3 Days a Week
Built for the schedule you actually have, not the one you wish you had
It was never about discipline
You've done this before. You found a program, you were consistent for three weeks, and then your shoulder started talking, or work got busy, or you just quietly stopped.
- You've got an old injury, a surgery, or a joint that complains when you push it
- You've tried programs before and they didn't survive contact with your real life
- Big-box gyms feel like they're built for somebody else
- You're training but nothing has moved in a year
- You don't know how to structure a week, so you improvise, and it shows
- You want someone qualified paying attention, not an app guessing
Here's the actual problem. Every off-the-shelf program is written for a body with no history. Yours has one. That mismatch is why week three hurts.
Screen. Build. Load. Prove.
Four phases over twelve weeks. Every generic program starts at Load. That's exactly why they fail.
Screen
Week 0We find out what your body actually tolerates before we load it. Movement screen, training history, injury history, and the real constraints of your week.
Build
Weeks 1–4Four weeks that are deliberately conservative. Patterns, tolerance, and the habit of showing up. This is the part everyone skips.
Load
Weeks 5–8Progressive overload on the lifts that proved they could take it. This is where strength actually changes.
Prove
Weeks 9–12We retest week zero. Same screen, same numbers, side by side. You don't take my word for it, you see it.
Three steps to your first session
Book a call
Twenty-five free minutes. I ask about your training and your history, and tell you honestly whether I can help.
Get your plan
Full intake and movement screen, then a program written for your body, your equipment and your week. In your hands within 72 hours.
Train and adjust
You train. You check in weekly. I rewrite the program around what actually happened, not what was supposed to happen.
Pick the level of support you need
Every option is one-to-one and fully individualized. Twelve-week minimum, because that's how long it takes to produce something worth measuring.

Same method, endurance emphasis. Aerobic base and durability work in Build, race-specific volume in Load, and a tune-up race or time trial instead of a week twelve retest. Training load is monitored so you arrive at the start line intact.

Most coaches know how to write a workout. I spent a master's degree studying why bodies stop tolerating them. That's the difference you'll feel in the first four weeks, when I'm holding you back instead of pushing you forward.
I've also finished the Canadian Death Race, The Divide 200, Iron Legs 100km and the Lone Wolf Backyard Ultra. I know what it costs to ask a lot of a body, and what it takes to keep asking year after year.
